We had a great turnout of 78 to our Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal lunch at William Angliss restaurant. This was an increase in attendance from 64 last year so we believe it is a popular venue and have locked it in again for 2020. Food and service was excellent. Major Brendan Nottle gave us an up to date insight into the problems of the homeless people in Melbourne and the ways in which the Salvation Army is dealing with it. We presented Brendan with the collection made to the Red Shield appeal from our Members present.
