COUNSELLING SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR MEMBERS OF THE ANZ RETIRED OFFICERS' CLUB

 

ANZ Bank has a support program that provides a free counselling service to those who are experiencing distress for a variety of reasons. As a part of this program, they have extended this offering to the Retired Officers Club to have access to this program. When members of ANZROC make contact, they have their own dedicated option number to select from.

The Program is provided by Benestar, a leading provider of individual support, mental health and wellbeing programs and is provided independently from ANZ.

 

Overview of the program

Funded by ANZ at no cost to the Retired Officer, this allows you to speak with a qualified and experienced clinician across a wide range of issues such as bereavement, domestic violence, elder abuse, the impacts from a natural disaster, your mental health, family, relationships and work. The service operates 24/ 7 / 365 and there is a maximum of 2 days as to when contact is made for an appointment.

Please note the program is not available to family and friends and is confidential with ANZ only receiving de-identified information pertaining to key presenting issues and State breakdowns.
