Photos from 2018 ANZROC Christmas Lunch

A very well attended Christmas lunch and it looks like it was enjoyed by all.

Shayne Elliott ANZ CEO and his Exec team provide great support to ANZROC and that was amplified by their presence at our lunch. We had a record attendance of around 300 Members despite the inclement weather and last minute medical issues which prevented some attending.

It was good to see former CEO's Don Mercer and Will Bailey , former Director Alister Maitland and Senior Execs Reg Nicholson, Bob Edgar, Charles Griss and David Valentine  attend. Also Maria Natoli and Sandra Street who provided such great PA support to the Exec Group.

Andrew (Jock) McGregor gave an entertaining toast to the Bank reflecting on his 43 years at ANZ.

Peter Pritchard, President Ken Crawford and Secretary Geri Macgregor did a great job in dealing with the Arts Centre and setting up a really impressive room. We had challenges this year in trying to accommodate everyone as the demand for places was so high. Despite that we were able to fit most members in. It was great to see so many new members there this year. A special mention to Anita Siassios our newest Committee member for her enthusiatic effort to involve everyone especially taking a video of our oldest members at the lunch.

Joan, Kathy, George, Con and Ken were there to meet members on arrival and hand out their name tags and the rest of the Committee assisted in making the event such a success.

The Arts centre staff were great and food and service was excellent.

Roll on 2019 for ANZROC to grow our presence in attracting Ex ANZ Staff to participate as Alumni of the ANZ Bank.
